Our material
Commercial grade PVC tarpaulin:
It’s one of the strongest materials in the world. Mesh reinforced, both sides PVC coated, durable, UV-resistant, water-proof, flame retardant and innoxious.
High-quality materials are essential for producing inflatable products. All of the raw materials we used originate from the best material supplier in China, PLATO.
It’s a commercial-grade PVC tarpaulin. All of the raw materials we used have passed EN71, EN14960 and the ROSE test.
Drawing mat material:
The materials of our dock platform are made of drop-stitch material, which inside has thousands of parallel vertical bars connected to two surface layers, so that after inflating, it will be extremely steady, like a wood panel.
Every piece of material is cut by an auto-cutting machine, not hand-cutting like other suppliers, which can make sure the material is cut to an accurate size with less material waste. Then, we use a professional high-heat welding machine to build inside and outside double-heated, no glue, which allows our products to soak in water for a long time without any problem. All materials meet the standards of CE, FDA, ROHS, etc., so it's no problem to use them for 3-5 years.
